MONDAY – 100614
We’re going to try something new. WODs will NOT be posted on the blog but only on the whiteboard when you come into the gym. This eliminates the option of cherry-picking. CrossFit is all about being prepared for the unknown and unknowable. We must work on the things we don’t like because that’s the only way to achieve a higher level of fitness. No weaknesses, just strengths.

I am away and was looking forward to do the workout on my own!
Can you at least post the day before workouts or like homework wod? That will help a lot when we travel or are unable to attend for some reason! Gracias!
