TUESDAY – 110308

One cycle is three minutes long. In the three minutes, complete the following:

Shuttle run x 25 (up and back equals 1)
Max reps air squats/sit-ups (abmat unanchored)

You will perform six cycles total with 2 minutes rest between cycles. Cycle #1,#3, and #5 will be max reps air squats. Cycles #2,#4, and #6 are max reps sit-ups. Score reps for each cycle.

Post total air squats and sit-ups completed.

ANNOUNCEMENT: ALL CLASSES ON SATURDAY (INCLUDING THE FREE SESSION) WILL BE CANCELLED FOR THE IN HOUSE COMPETITION. ATHLETE CHECK IN WILL BEGIN AT 8AM. THE COMPETITION WILL START PROMPTLY AT 9AM. THERE WILL BE A SIGN UP SHEET IN THE GYM. THERE WILL BE TWO DIVISIONS: RX AND SCALED. WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO PARTICIPATE. THURSDAY WILL BE THE LAST DAY TO BE ABLE TO SIGN UP.
