  1. Just finished a noon 5k with the poodle. 28:54 Poodle PR. Came back and checked the scale… 199.2… first time I have seen that in over 10 years. Thanks Threshold!

    • Lol… Thanks Gary… I was literally dragging him the last mile. Walking back to the house, he kept looking for shade and I know if I stopped for a second he would have laid down on the grass. 🙂

      Under 200 was one of my goals when we first did them a couple months ago. I changed it in 2011 to under 190. 🙂 That is the amazing thing about Crossfit and specificially Threshold and the coaches and fellow box mates that we have….. You are constantly redefining the possibilities of what you can accomplish either by seeing the change in yourself or seeing those possibilities reflected in those around you.
