ANNOUNCEMENT: TOMORROW’S BEACH WOD (10AM) WILL BE HELD AT THE ‘SOUTH BEACH’ PART OF CRANDON PARK ON KEY BISCAYNE. BE SURE TO BRING APPROPRIATE ATTIRE ALONG WITH A TOWEL AND WATER. WE WILL MOST LIKELY BE GRILLING AND HANGING OUT ON THE BACH AFTERWARDS.

  4. Chris, I see what you mean about the toes to bar without the box being easier. Adriana was showing me that I wasn’t doing them the most efficient way. I didn’t realize that you should kip as much.

    Just wondering which part of Key Biscayne the Beach WOD will be at. Im not to familiar with the area. I know there is beach on the right when you first get onto the island, and then another section further out onto the island that is on the left side further away from the road. Is that the Crandon Park area? Hope someone can help! Thanks!
