    Today..

    15 min AMRAP consecutive DU’s (under 5 did not count): 112 (disappointing, need to work on DU’s again)

    then 100 burpee for time: 11:34

    then 22 situps (thanks Amy)

    • What did I do? Like it was the 22 sit-ups out of all that crap that did you in! Blame the poodle.

        9:09 / 4:55 (about)/ 3min (approx). yuck… too much running over 2 days maybe?
