WOD 1:
3 Rounds for time.
3 Squat Snatches
1 Rope Climb

WOD 2:
3 Rounds for time.
4 Power Cleans
8 Push ups
12 Squats

WOD 3:
3 Rounds for time.
10 Box Jumps
25 Double Unders
Run 100 meters

ALL THREE WODS ARE THROWN INTO A HOPPER. TEAMS OF 3 PICK ONE AT A TIME. EACH TEAMMATE MUST COMPLETE THE FULL WOD BEFORE THE NEXT TEAMMATE CAN START (ONLY ONE WORKING AT A TIME).
