(Teams of 3)

150 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
150 Toes to Bar
150 Push Press (95/65)
150 Abmat Sit ups
150 Deadlifts (95/65)
150 Burpees

Equal work must be done (each athlete must complete 50 reps of the exercise. Team cannot advance to next movement until all reps are completed. Partition reps as necessary.
