WEDNESDAY – 100707

Run 1 mile for time. (start at stop sign, 2 big loops, finish in gym)

then

Max Push ups in 1 minute (strict standards!) – Partner up. Chest must touch partners hand on the bottom of the push up followed with full arm extension

Post time and reps to comments.

    35 PRs! That is amazing…congrats to all who achieved a PR yesterday!

    Question about the pushup standards…can you drop to your knees during the 1 minute max effort or do you have to rest in the ready aka pushup plank position?

  2. You can drop out of the push up position. We’re just looking for max reps in 1 minute. You don’t have to hold a push up position for 1 minute. It would be different we went max pushups with no time domain. Then holding a push up plank position would be pertinent.
