HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!

TEAM WOD (divide into teams of 4)

45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest

Burpees
DB Thrusters (35/25)
Box Jumps (24inch)
Handstand push ups (sub for seated shoulder press)

Each teammate starts at a station. All four teammates can be working at a time. Each teammate must cycle through 4 rounds of all stations. Max reps at each station. Post total reps to comments.

    Tony and Lisa did the 10 100M Sprints followed by 1 minute plank hold with 5 burpees for any drop.
