  4. Jeff, that is not an active rest. Try going for a light job or maybe bike ride. Rest is important. Of all people I know the best. I overtrain consistently which is probably why I don’t perform as well as I should. It’s ok to not do a WOD. I know it’s tough but it’s for the best. I promise.
