    Back is way to sore for deadlifts so I did this instead at the park with my suspension training system (fancy verbiage for homemade rings with pvc pipe)…not for time.

    Ring pushups 3X10
    Ring flyes 3×5
    Assisted pistols 3×8
    Strict Pullups 3×10
    L Sits (max hold) 3x (~24 sec. each)
    Russian Leg Lifts 3×5
    Cast Wall Walks 3×2
