TEAM WOD – Teams of 6

Team must complete the following:

Row 2500 meters
250 Wall Ball Shots
250 Parallette Clapping Push ups (sub is just reg. parallette push ups)
250 Knees to Elbows
250 Double Unders
Run 1 mile

Break work up however you want. All work must be completed. 6 athletes can be working at a time.
