Five rounds for time of:

5 Muscle-ups
135 pound Power clean, 10 reps
Run 220 meters

Post time to comments. If you don’t have a muscle up, perform 3 pull ups and 3 dips for each muscle up. They can be ring dips or box dips. Scale weight for cleans as necessary.

    Unless there is someone with some ungodly strength, skills and cardio, I don’t see how anyone will be able to beat Rob Orlando. What a beast!

    By the way…the Events for the Regionals look pretty nasty. Again good luck to everyone competing!
