  6. BTW, as a side note and mini-testimonial for Crossfit:

    My lovely wife was cooking a very healthy paleo-ish meal that involved a stainless-steel skillet that was put in the oven. Well, for some reason she decided to grab the handle (she really is NOT that stupid… moment of weakness) and burned the $(*! out of her hand. Luckily, 80% of her hand was saved by the calluses developed at Crossfit! Forget functional exercises… the power in Crossfit is the functional calluses!! 🙂
