At CrossFit Threshold, we pride ourselves on always meeting standards of range of motion. If you don’t have full ROM, you’re working damn hard to get there. Great job Maria on 95lb thrusters.

  2. Okay… What the heck… 55 x 2? I didn’t know that we could do that. I thought the intent was to be off balanced to make you work on your core and erector muscles rather than being balanced with 2.
