“Team Murph”

Run 1 mile
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Break up into teams of two. Equal work must be done. Can break up pull ups, push ups, and squats anyway you want. Run must be completed as a team. Start mile inside gym door, two big laps. If you want a challenge, do Murph solo or add a 20# weighted vest.
