“Air Force WOD” TEAM STYLE
(Team of 2)

40 Thrusters
40 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
40 Push Jerks
40 Overhead Squats
40 Front Squats

95lbs for Men, 65lbs for women. Scale as needed. Team must complete 5 burpees at the start of each minute and a half. If the clock beeps during a repetition, the athlete will complete their rep and then start their 5 burpees. Equal work must be done. Partition as needed.


FilFest 2010 was a great success. Heard from a lot of great successful affiliate owners and their practices along with some exciting updates with CrossFit HQ.
