    Team race 2 hours on professional Cart track
    Disassemble a “way to big” swingset to make way for pullup bar
    time: 8 hrs.

    Dear Crossfit,

    Three months ago there is no way I could have done HALF of what I did today without being completely GASSED. The crazy thing is while lifting 75 pound components to the swing set including some 100+ pound monkey bars, I kept thinking… okay… what olympic lift would work best! No where near as glamourous as doing a sumo high pull to save someone form a burning car, but thanks for improving my life.
