  3. Ok, I’ll bite. What’s a floor wiper?

    • Lay on back w/ weight from OHS, bar in bench press extended position. Take feet from ground to right side of bar near collar. reset and repeat to left side. count as 1. OuCh!!!

      • BTW, the WTF was completely justified. And the floor wipers definitely did that, fun workout! Anytime you can lose 3 lbs of sweat in one workout (while drinking), it’s a good day.
