Men: 7000 lbs. for time.
155lbs x 46 reps
135lbs x 52 reps
95lbs x 74 reps
75lbs x 94 reps

Women: 5000 lbs for time.
100 lbs x 50 reps
85 lbs x 59 reps
65 lbs x 77 reps
55 lbs x 91 reps
45 lbs x 112 reps

THEN TEAM MUST COMPLETE A 1 MILE RUN TEAM RUN.

IF YOU’RE COMPETING AT SECTIONALS IN MARCH, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS WOD SOLO. CHOOSE YOUR WEIGHT AND COMPLETE PRESCRIBED REPS. CLEAN AND JERK OR SNATCH ARE ALLOWED AND YOU’RE ALLOWED TO SWITCH IT UP THROUGHOUT THE WOD. AS LONG AS THE BAR GOES FROM GROUND TO OVERHEAD. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR BAR OUTSIDE THAT’S FINE. 1 MILE RUN MUST BE RUN ALSO INDIVIDUALLY.

Choose weight for your team and complete prescribed reps. Break up work anyway you want. Only one person can be working at one time. Post times to comments.

  1. Hey, fellow crossfit paleo crazies. Found a great site for tracking food logs and they also have an iphone application that syncs with the web site. You can export the data as a complete report to a printer or to a file. Very nice.

    I don’t know about anyone else, but man, do I feel this morning!

    • I don’t know. I’m just going to use the GHD for my sit ups. Yesterday and today that’s what I did. Along with a 1:10 handstand hold… going to keep working on that for my handstand push ups.
