    I liked the sandbag shuttle…really functional movement…you need to accelerate…slow down…squat and explode back to the start…all with odd shaped weight.

    Lets use it some more.

  5. The fun and hardest ratio of this workout I think was one of the best. Good quick and to the point! that’s why I pay my dues!!!

    Think threshold is hard? lol
