    Also…. We are in need of some “manly hands”… We have two very large and heavy couches that need to be moved down a very narrow set of stairs (in our old office). Any help would be GREAT!!!

    Just give one of us a call if you’re up for the challenge!!!

  7. Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, yesterday I said the hell with the bands and just go for it. A new thing that I’ve only started to do this week is to eat before the workouts, I feel like I have more energy to keep going, I used to just go without eating and I ran out fuel quite early.
    I eat like a fruit and a small salad with some kind of meat like an hour or hour and a half before the afternoon wods and for the morning ones two boiled eggs an hour before and always staying hydrated throughout the day is a good thing. I’ve come a long way and I still have some more to go, for the people still using the bands for pull ups just keep at it and you too will be able to do it. See y’all at the 5:30 WOD, and Elisha I will come early to help with those couches.
