These are thai donuts. Do you think you could stop yourself from eating them if they were just sitting in front of you like this? Well I’m glad to report that this was taken by CrossFit Threshold’s Yesenia Eijo. She was strong enough to not eat them. On that note, Jessica Smoller and Melissa Vigo (along with Yesenia) were all stuck in a conference room at work yesterday with catered Pizza Rustica. Even though they were freaking out in their heads, they remained as cool as a cucumber and passed on the best pizza you can find on South Beach. The 7 week challenge is approaching. Will you have the same strength and mental fortitude as these girls did? We are all faced with daily challenges like this. It’s our choices that define who we are and where we go. Make these 7 weeks count. It’s a simple decision. As Master Yoda simply puts it, “Do or do not, there is no try.”

    This challenge sounds pretty awesome, am I allowed to sign up? If so tell me now so I can put on some pounds and get bloated before picture day. Do whatever it takes to win baby!
    Anyway, just got back from CrossfitHardcore….4 rounds: run 800m, 10 reps 95# push jerk, 20 box jumps….we all know who has the reigning best time so far today 8).
    Hope to be back there for another WOD soon.

    My 3.5 year old just did 2 rounds of 10 burpees – at her own will and I had to stop her. Is this when we go to crossfit anonymous?

  5. Elizabeth, it’s the best thing she could possibly stumble upon. We hope to be CrossFit Kids certified soon so we can start spreading CrossFit’s functionality to the younger generations who need it the most!
