“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Add your points and post them to comments.

My Mom and Dad are in for a visit from Texas. Mama Holt’s deadlifts aren’t bad!
Ed’s first class. Way to push it!
Tony. The shin of some efficient deadlifting.
Mirella deadlifting like a champ!

Hey CrossFitters,
As some of you may know I am on Florida Atlantic University’s rugby
team. After one semester with the team, I somehow ended up as the
Treasurer and Head Fund Raising Chairman of the club as well.
Therefore, it is my job to come up with ideas to make some money for
our grossly under funded program. We once received financial backing
from the school, but that ended when the university budget crises
arrived. My first idea was ordering a bunch of the Entertainment coupon
books and distributing them to the team to sell. With our 30 or so
members, I would like us to sell 250 books…which would give us close to
a $3,000 profit. I will be receiving 40 of these books on Monday and
will be ready to distribute them either that night or Tuesday morning.
If ANYONE would like to help our club, please purchase one (or more) of
these books. There are some pretty good deals in them and will pay for
themselves pretty quickly. They are $30 each. Preview them here:

As a collegiate club and defending Florida Cup Champions, we play other
colleges and men’s clubs all around Florida. Our Fall/Spring schedule
for 2009/2010 includes the likes of University of Miami, University of
Central Florida, University of Florida, Florida State University,
University of South Florida, and many other quality teams. In the
spring semester, we have the opportunity to advance and play teams out
of state, which is inevitably costly. Last season we lost a close game
to Georgia Tech and should have advanced to play University of Alabama.
Money made from this fund raiser will help cover hotel costs, fuel
costs, new equipment, and deposits for other fund raisers, including a
poker tournament. If anyone has any experience fund-raising and has
some ideas for me, feel free to give me a call.

Thank You,
Andrew Perlin
Treasurer and Club Fund Raising Chairman
