100 KB Swings
100 Partners Push ups (both teammates perform a push up and slap hands at the top, repeat alternating hands)
100 Knees-to-Elbows
100 Overhead Squats (45/35)
100 Double Unders (or 400 singles)
100 Push Press (45/35 or use DBs)
Run 800 meters to finish (as a team)
