ANNOUNCEMENT: TOMORROW’S BEACH WOD WILL BE HELD AT KEY BISCAYNE’S CRANDON PARK. IT WILL BE THE SOUTH BEACH PART OF CRANDON PARK NOT NORTH BEACH. WE WILL MEET AT CROSSFIT THRESHOLD AT 9:45AM TO CARPOOL SINCE PARKING DOES COST MONEY PER CAR. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CONTACT US. FEEL FREE TO BRING AS MANY FRIENDS AS YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE. THE WOD WILL BE SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR ANYONE TO TAKE PART IN.
