  1. Ok, so watching this video, I’m not really listening to the guy’s story about his wrists, I’m more interested in his form while he’s doing the clean and jerk. I have a problem with popping the bar off my hips and having it go out (away from my body) and either reverse curling to get it back on center, or leaning forward in the squat to get under it, and thereby squatting with my weight in my toes. Thoughts?
