STARTING JUNE 1ST, WE WILL BE TRANSITIONING EVERYONE ONTO AN AUTOMATIC DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PROGRAM. PLEASE PICK UP THE NECESSARY FORM WHEN YOU COME IN. ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK US. FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BY JUNE 1ST.

CROSSFIT 305 IS HAVING THEIR “FITTEST CHALLENGE” THIS SATURDAY, MAY 23RD AT 1PM. WE WILL ALL BE MEETING AT OUR LOCATION AROUND NOON TO THEN CARPOOL OVER THERE.

CROSSFIT THRESHOLD’S 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT FOOD YOU CAN BRING. WE WILL BE SUPPLYING WATER, GATORADE, ETC, ALONG WITH SOME PALEO FRIENDLY SNACKS. OTHER THAN THAT, WHATEVER YOU’D LIKE TO BRING, FEEL FREE TO CALL US OR WRITE TO THE COMMENT BOARD.

    ADVANCED
    Three rounds for time of:
    Deadlift 225/155 x15 (show 8 fingers after each rep)
    20 Push Ups
    15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
    Run 400 Meters
    20 minute time limit.

    BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE:
    Three Rounds for time of:
    40 Air Squats
    20 Push Ups
    10 Pull Ups
    Run 200 Meters
    20 minute time limit.

    Bonus round:
    Three minutes max reps muscle ups (bar or rings)
