SKILL OF THE WEEK: L-SIT COMPETITION

ANNOUNCEMENT: WE WILL BE OPENING A 9:30AM CLASS EVERY TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS STARTING THIS THURSDAY. TO KEEP THINGS EFFICIENT. THE 11AM CLASS EVERY TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS WILL BE MOVED BACK 30 MINUTES TO 10:30AM. SO TO CLARIFY THE CHANGE. TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS WILL HAVE MORNING CLASSES AT 9:30AM AND 10:30AM. NEW SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED SOON.

LOOK FOR MORE ANNOUNCEMENTS THIS WEEK. BE SURE TO SIGN THE EMAIL LIST SHEET AFTER CLASS. WE WILL BE TRANSITIONING EVERYONE TO AN AUTOMATIC DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PROGRAM IN THE NEXT COUPLE WEEKS TO MAKE EVERYONE’S LIVES EASIER AS WELL AS MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY.   3. Good workout tonight!! But man, I’m sure paying for the extended travel in April. You guys need to pump oxygen into that room or better yet just give me a tank. My wind is down soo much…frustrating!!

    But glad to be back and I’m game to push hard. Thanks again for the motivaion!!
