CrossFit Baseball!

1st Base: 10 Squats
2nd Base: 10 Burpees
3rd Base: 10 Push ups
Home Base: 10 Split Squat Jumps

Complete as many runs as possible in 30 minutes. Athlete cannot advance to next base until teammate ahead of them finishes their exercise.
