100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Partition reps as needed as long as equal work is done between partners. Team must run mile together.

  1. Chris, went to Windy City Crossfit yesterday…we did a team WOD. Justin had a nice surprise for us…running with sandbags!!! It was a lot of fun…everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Thanks for setting it all up. See you guys when I get back…
