We had 12 members get their first double under! These results show that if we force people to attempt double unders, they get them! So next time, challenge yourself and work up to prescribed movements instead of the substitutes for the WODs. You can all do it!

  2. OMG, THIS VIDEO IS AWESOME!!! Great job all, because that is not an easy one to finish. Halfway through it seems like that deck is never going to end!

    We’ll go over some POSE running drills that you can start practicing. That deck of doom is fun. I think I’m going to do the “Burpee Mile” this Sunday. If anyone else is interested in joining me, I’m going to try to go to the Miami Dade track. Let me know.

  6. Great job on the video. I know everyone enjoyed the workout. Chris promises another team workout this Sunday. I’d love toi do the team workout than do the burpee mile but UNFORTUNATELY I’ve got to work.
    Chris, you did see that it took that guy on the mainsite over an hour. And you may consider using the track at Killian. Its brand new and there is never anyone there.
