  4. Thats some great results. What are you guys doing down there. Must be some bad ass trainers. Wanted to give a shout out to Chris and T. Thanks for the add on the website. I am doing yours as we speak. Great to partner up with some Elite Trainers. After the Holidays we need to start getting our members to join up with each other to do some kick ass wods.
