Team Murph

Run 1 Mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile

Divide into teams of two. Both teammates run 1 mile together but can break up the exercises and reps any way they like.

    Nice Thack! I was in NJ for the past week so I missed a bunch of the WODs. I just did the Pull up on the minute WOD. New PR. Got to 20 minutes! I finished the 19th minute and only got 6 pull ups in the 20th. Going to do Lynne today with Tony. Then I was thinking about hitting up Mr. Joshua later. Going to try to catch up on the WODs with three-a-days. Going to be fun! Great job on Tabata.
