ANNOUCEMENT:
We will be holding our weekly Saturday park workout at Suniland Park at 10am. Please be sure to arrive at the gym early so we can all carpool over there. Hope to see you all tomorrow!

Alternating Tabata:

Wall Ball
Sit-ups

20 seconds of wall ball, 10 seconds of rest
followed by
20 seconds of sit-ups, 10 seconds of rest

8 times.
