10 Double Unders

If you cannot do a DU, sub for 4 singles or 1 tuck jump.

Jackie (who has never done Med ball push jerks) showing us how it’s done. She picked it up in less than 20 minutes. Notice the great shoulder flexibility and the solid stance with the med ball on direct line with her heels. Very impressive Jackie!

    18:45 : I blame it on my Jump Rope, It would curl up at the handles after 4 jumps. My wrist action must be to quick for the rope to handle..HAHAh

    Chris I couldn’t get in WOD #2. I got through 1 rd and died. It didn’t help that I tried to do it 8 minutes after the 1 one.
