    some of the songs aren’t mixed that well, but it’s an easy fix – just delete them.

  2. Had no desire to run today, so I tried my first ”Grace’:
    30 reps x 135 Clean & Jerk for time, as Rx’d:
    7:58
    This should be under 5 minutes for sure next time, my shoulders were worn out from ‘Fran’ yesterday.

    Never done Grace. Did you do power cleans or squat cleans?

  5. I watched the video on .com, and it said that the weight needs to go from the floor to overhead, full lock out on the frontal plane. Basically it was power clean (from floor) to jerk and full extension, with squat unnecessary. Actually a pretty fun work out for it being so simple.

  7. Well CrossFit speaks for itself and you’re experiencing first hand what it does to people. It just gets into your blood. People who become CrossFitters are CrossFitters for life. This is not a fad-routine. This is a life-style. You’re killing the workouts Zeus! I’m so glad you’re starting up with the program. In my opinion, this is the only way to true fitness.
