TUESDAY – 080729

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:

15 Overhead Squats
10 Knees-to-Elbows
5 Handstand Push-ups.

Sub Knees-to-Elbows with V-ups and sub handstand push-ups with declined push-ups if necessary.

Albert and Bianca Zamora have taken CrossFit to another level. They have introduced………………the Zamora House Belt. The winner of the WOD (workout of the day) has full bragging rights and needless to say, has the honor of wearing “the belt”. It is clear who was the winner in this picture. It is a constant battle between these two titans! A classic and healthy competition between husband and wife. Stay tuned for the latest winner. We love you guys!

SUNDAY – 080727

“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

If you can’t do a Double Under, sub 4 singles for 1 DU or 1 tuck jump for 1 DU.
