FRIDAY – 080530

20 walking lunges (15 steps)

20 KB swings

Man-Makers & Box Jumps

First Round looks like: 10 Man-Makers, 1 Box Jump
Second Round looks like: 9 Man-Makers, 2 Box Jumps

(Manmakers: Take 2 Dumbbells and go into a full push up, Do a left arm row and then a right arm row, jump into a deadlift position, and clean and jerk the weight overhead)
