THURSDAY: 6AM, 9:30AM, 4PM, 6:30PM, 7:30PM
FRIDAY: 8:30AM, 5:30PM
SATURDAY: 8AM, 9AM, 11AM (FREE SESSION)
SATURDAY STRENGTH CLASS HELD @ NOON
SUNDAY: 10AM
