This is a liability to us as coaches and owners. If you miss a class time, please attend another class time. The 5pm opening on Tuesdays and Thursdays is NOT a time to make up a workout. We are here for you whenever you need us but if you come in and do a workout on your own and work on skills without us coaching you or watching your technique, injuries are bound to occur.
