  3. ARRRGGGHHH!!! Chris, I’ve got Fantasy Fest in less than 48 hrs and I need to be awake/look jacked (versus smoked)…but you put up MY FAVORITE W.O.D. today!!! I wasn’t gonna train today, but I think I’m gonna have to suck it up and come this evening!

  5. Dude, that’s messed up! BTW, thanks for the kind words regarding Tuesday’s WOD…I really was on fire that day. Last night wasn’t too bad either (especially considering the cumulative effect of the especially-intense training this week). I stole your journal (don’t throw a hissy fit, I put it back) and wrote your time on the board so I had some extra motivation. It must have worked, because that was PR for me. Keep the faith, brother.
