I love CINDY!!!!! Today is not a gym day for me…but let’s see if I can convince my husband to stay with the kids tonight and I come to the gym and do this WOD…haha….are you reading this Tony?

Just wanted to say, it is so wonderful to be back at CrossFit!!!! It was a long three months!! Elsiha, you made me feel so special this am, I was so happy to see you. Greg you look HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marianne, Tony looking great!!! To all the (new to me) CrossFitters, you have made the choice to be part of the BEST CROSSFIT THRESHOLD GROUP around!!!! Chris, Elsiha, Tony and of course Zack are the best, can’t wait to see Chris and Zach !!!!! everyone else too. See you all soon, and thanks again for bringing the best work-out to me.
