TEAM WOD

2 Rounds for time

Run 400 meters
then
10 Rounds of: (each partner must complete 5 rounds)

5 Handstand Push ups
10 One-legged Squats
15 KB Swings (55/35)

Partners must run 400 meters together before starting triplet.
