I did 11 rounds plus 5 plus 10 plus 10…
sub. step-ups for push-ups
plus wt. sit-up….
at 8:00 am
then came down from spinning and Bryan, Drew, and Skippy were ending their work-out !!! I was so HAppy to see them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is talk of a run along Rickenbacher Cswy (speeling, not sure, but you know what I mean). WOD for tomorrow is supposed to be 150 burpees for time, so a run either before or after. Bryan is in charge of that one. BTW, we are playing a little poker tonight at his place…cheap stuff…not sure if you’re into that.

It was myself, Drew, and Bryan. We did 22 rounds +3, 24 rounds (+ weighted vest) and some change, and 23 rounds and some change respectively.
